大洋聯盟（英文：Commonwelath of Oceania），是一個國際性聯盟。成員包括大不列顛合眾國、中華蘇維埃共和國及克鐵。

聯盟設有大洋法，適用於成員國境內。

1.大洋聯盟委員長自動擔任各聯盟成員的最高職位。
2.大洋聯盟成員國總共只享有一個外交位置。
3.盟歌為《歡樂頌》。
4.成員國首都需設有聯盟分部。有需要時，可指令分部暫時成為總部。
5.成員之間需互相尊重，禁宣戰及取締成員。
6.聯盟不接受他人主動加入申請，只能被動申請。
